RETURNS:

Returns will be entertained in as mentioned below cases:

• Product(s) delivered do not match with the placed order.
• Product(s) delivered are past or near their expiry date. (Product with an expiry date of fewer than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)

REFUND:

Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock or in any specific when we are not able to deliver, the company shall refund the amount of those items to the customer.

If you have received a mail from Omeocare confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Generally, a refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days depending upon the financial organisations involved. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we Omeocare, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
